Affiliated to the 718th Research Institute of CSSC, PERIC Special Gases Co., Ltd. has witnessed 40 years of experience in the development and production of electronic special gases. In 2000, we took the lead in China to develop the high-purity NF3 and filled the domestic gap in this field, hence being awarded the tit、le “Key New Product” and enrolled into the “Torch Program”. After years of technological innovation, our electronic special gases lineup has evolved from one low-purity product to 36 kinds of products with 99.99% (or higher) purity. Our portfolio currently covers NF3, WF6, D2, alkanes, and other 30-odd special gases. Our NF3 and WF6 products feature a domestic market share of more than 95% and a global market share of more than 30%. In 2019, the 718th Research Institute was ranked the 8th position amidst global electronic special gases suppliers.

At present, PERIC owns 42 proprietary core intellectual property rights, and is leading the formulation of 2 national standards and 1 industrial standard. Awarded 20-odd technology prizes at provincial level or higher, we boast a high-purity NF3 production line with an annual production capacity of over 3000 tons, a massive production line of high-purity WF6, a development and production base of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid products, and a pilot-scale production line of high-purity tungsten products. We are also seeing technological breakthroughs in large-scale gas production and have become a home-grown special gas company featuring wide-ranging product line, high production capacity, large market share and coverage, and sustainable innovation capacity.
